Intergroup meets bi-monthly to support existing meetings, handle the business of MinnCoDA, and provide opportunities for fellowship and community.

MinnCoDA Meetups such as game nights, group outings, or picnics may be planned by our Fun Committee or by local meetings or individuals.

Workshops / Retreats occur periodically throughout the year to support the community.

In CoDA Service, we practice self-care and our recovery grows as we serve. There are several ways you can get involved in MinnCoDA.

Make a donation and give back for all that MinnCoDA has given you!

CoDA events and meetings are held throughout the year to allow members to grow in their recovery. Many of us struggle with allowing ourselves to have fun and may not even know what we like to do. Many of us enter the program feeling lonely and long for a sense of belonging. As we grow in recovery, we may shed old, dysfunctional relationships and begin to seek new, healthier ones.

Coming together outside of regular meetings allows us to practice what we are learning in the program. We practice using our tools with other recovering people. We take time to get to know one another and support each other on our journey. We reach out and perform service together and practice learning to set and hold our boundaries. We practice letting go of outcomes and the desire to control other people. We let others take care of themselves. We share our stories and ideas. We laugh together. We show up, show interest, and find a new freedom to discover our authentic selves.
