Due to the large amount of facility closings around the state caused by the local and national health officials recommendations, many of our CoDA meetings are not able to hold face to face meetings. Please call ahead to see if the meeting you attend or are wanting to visit will be open. As an alternative for now, there are several local (MN) online meetings as well as online and phone meetings listed on CoDA International’s website.

This is a stressful time for all of us. We need to have self compassion as well as compassion for those around us. Reach out and use the tools of recovery. This is a great time to work steps 1-3, recognizing where we are powerless and where we have choices…trusting in a power greater than ourselves to return us to sanity.
The serenity prayer is a great tool for these stressful times.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
Courage to change the things I can.
And wisdom to know the difference.
